"I gave my Thar Roxx for its 2nd service on 3rd December and received it on 4th December. On 7th December, while driving the car, I noticed a weird sound from the engine and the car was not able to go above 25km/hr speed. Took my car to the Koncept Mahindra Service Center sector-37 for the checkup and came to know that the Turbo Pipe was not tightened and it got open while driving the car. My service advisor Mr. Nitin was good and acknowledged the issue and spoke to the service team who worked on my car during the 2nd service. But Mr Paramjit had a very bad attitude and said this issue is not a part of the service and they have nothing to do with this issue. Didnt like his attitude and when I asked this in written, their general manager said they cannot write this and give to me. Overall very bad experience being a Mahindra car owner."

"The 4 star rating is exclusively for staff responsible for servicing of vehicle. Otherwise overall place does not deserve more than 2&1/2. Visited this place to get my Thar serviced. Despite having an appointment the lady at reception made an entry writing " walk in" Protesting didn't work . As a result, a few hours job took whole day . 2. The waiting area available on ground floor was already full with customers so I was guided to the waiting area on first floor. Condition can be seen in the video attached . 3. The office boy Robin was taking rounds asking for water/tea/coffee but there is nothing to eat here. Management should consider opening a small canteen / tuck shop / snacks shop where customers waiting to get their vehicles serviced can buy something to eat. 4. Conditions / cleanliness of washrooms needs to be improved."

"Extremely poor and irresponsible service. I visited Koncept Mahindra Sector 37 for servicing my Mahindra XUV 3XO (car number 9726) and wasted two days with no result. My first visit was on 24 January. After reaching the service center, I was told that due to Republic Day they would not be able to service my car. This was not informed beforehand. Instead, they fixed an appointment for 27 January. On 27 January, despite having a confirmed appointment and even receiving a message stating that the appointment was fixed, I was again given excuses. The staff claimed my car was not registered in their system. The appointment had been fixed by Gaurav, who was presented as the head, yet when I reached the service center there was no appointment recorded. There was no accountability at any level. I was passed from one person to another with no clear answer or ownership. Around one hour of my time was wasted on the second visit alone, after already losing a day earlier. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of response from Mahindra itself. After leaving a proper review and feedback, there was zero response and zero follow-up from either the service center or Mahindra. This clearly shows how little customer concerns matter once the issue is raised. This service center demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for customers’ time. Avoid if you expect even basic service standards."

"Came here for 1st service , i was told it will take 2 hours . Entire staff keep hanging you with false commitment that car will be ready in 15 mins more -20 mins more . Zero responsibility, false commitment. It took more than 7 hours . Wasted my whole day. Very poor and pathetic service . Since paper mats were finsihed 7 days back as per boy, they deliver the car with this careless attitude."
